For Weekly Game Jam Week 199, the theme was "Monarchy"
Battle the evil butterfly king for the crown!
In the end, choose to continue the monarchy, or destroy it once and for all

Controls:
WASD or ARROW KEYS: Move
SPACE or LEFT CLICK: Shoot
Health is displayed at the bottom of the screen

Very hard game haha though I really enjoy the art direction and twist on the word "monarchy". The aesthetic is really great! Only being able to shoot up though limits the strategy a player could use (I spent most of fight strafing in bottom center of screen)
will definitely work on the difficuly, and maybe add some more strategy, though the bullet hell part was the main focus. thank you for the comment! im sure pika will love all the compliments about her art when she gets up, too ^w^
